Picasso and Lin Xiang Xiong-A Dialogue Across Time (Level 7)
Artists whose lives slightly overlapped on this Earth, Professor Lin Xiang Xiong’s and Pablo Picasso’s works each have a thematic message of peace. This message is demonstrated in the exhibit, aptly titled "Picasso and Lin Xiang Xiong-A Dialogue Across Time”. It visually transports you from 1956 Nanyang to 1960 Spain within a footstep. Discover your own peace within from this “discussion” with two renowned minds.

Art is a universal language. My Art for Peace seeks to remind humanity that compassion and dialogue can overcome division. Each brushstroke is a call for harmony.
I share that vision. When I drew the Dove of Peace, it was not just a bird. It was a symbol; a simple, pure image that could carry hope across nations. Art must give people something to believe in.
Your dove embodies innocence and renewal. My works flow with gentle lines, showing that peace is not passive, but active, cultivated through understanding and respect.
Yes. Peace must be nurtured. The dove is fragile, just as peace is fragile. But through art, we remind humanity that it is worth protecting.
Together, our works show two sides of peace: yours, the symbol that inspires; mine, the dialogue that sustains. Both are essential.
And art is the bridge. It speaks where words fail. It awakens conscience, and it gives people courage to imagine a better world.
Peace is born when humanity remembers both the pain of destruction and the hope of renewal.
